High Speed Slitting
We currently have seven slitting machines comprising of three latest center winders from Elite Cameron TS Converting Equipment Ltd. To offer a complete range of conversion we have two specialised slitting machines for both narrow and wide slit widths – up to 1700mm wide. Film and Foil Solutions machines are computer controlled and programmed for each individual job, to ensure that all slit materials are converted to the highest quality.
Our Capabilities
- Reel widths from 25mm to 1700mm
- Slit reels up to 600mm outside diameter
- Film thicknesses from 12mic to 500mic
- Core sizes of 76mm and 152mm
- Standard Width tolerances of ±0.25mm
We are able to corona treat film if required, to enhance the dyne level of the surface, for applications such as, printing, laminating and much more. All machines are located in our fully BRCGS accredited factory.
