Film and Foil Solutions Ltd are able to offer a wide range of perforating options from Macro Punching to Hot Needle Perforation, with high quality, and fast turn around. We also offer trade conversion service on customer materials, and able to macro perforate (macro punch) materials like, BOPP, Laminates, Printed Films and Polyester.

- Interchangable hole diameter (3mm – 10mm standard)
- 1250mm web width
- Film thicknesses from 20mic to 80mic
- Core sizes of 76mm and 152mm
- Standard Width tolerances of ±0.25mm
We are able to corona treat film if required, to enhance the dyne level of the surface, for applications such as, printing, laminating and much more. All machines are located in our fully BRCGS accredited factory.
